Spicy Korean rice

This recipe is not for people who do not like spicy food. You can add or decrease Gochujang as preferred. My brother and I cooked this all the time growing up and I still love it! You can buy the Gochujang or hot red pepper paste at almost any ethic store. I hope everyone enjoys like we did! It is cheap, filling, and easy to make!

  • 2 c
    white rice, not instant steamed
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 lb
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, optional

How To Make

    Steam rice, I use a rice cooker.

    Brown hamburger and onion if adding onion. Drain meat.
  • 3
    Throw meat, Gochujang and rice into skillet and warm until mixed thoroughly. Mmhm enjoy!
