this is super easy and since it goes in the crock-pot I'm sure your gonna love it. It really is awesome. you can omit the hot peppers,then add them later. but OMG... Killer sandwich....

Ingredients
- 1 - boneless chuck roast 3-4 pounds, fat trimmed
- 1 12oz jars banana hot peppers, mild-hot
- 1 14 oz cans beef broth
- 1 12 oz bottles beer,
- 1 - onion, minced,
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 - loaf french bread, cut into thick slices

Step 2Add beef, jar of hot bananna peppers,broth,beer,onion and Italian Seasonings to slow cooker; do not stir. Cover;cook on LOW 8 TO 10 HRS. on HIGH; 4 TO 6

Step 3REMOVE MEAT from cooker; shred with two forks. return shredded meat to slow cooker and really mix it good. serve the meat on French bread with extra sauce from your crock-pot. put some extra's on your sandwich, and yummy!!!!!
