I found a great seasoning that's hot with out being too salty. I got this from the slap ya mamma web site just changed it a lil bit ,

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground hamburger meat, 1/2 lb hot sausage
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- - 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package brown gravy mix
How To Make spicy cajun meatballs

Step 1Mix meat, bread, egg, crackers and milk , spicy seasoning.

Step 2make med sz meat balls then and roll in flour Put meat in hot oil and brown on all sides. remove from pan.

Step 3next add peppers and onions and saute till tender

Step 4add pk of brown mix then add 2 cups water mix till gravy thickens

Step 5Put meatballs back in pan with gravy Cook about 30 minutes on med. Serve over rice.
