How to Make Spicy Baked Beef and Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Over medium heat saute` ground beef, onion, rice in bacon drippings. Pour off drippings if any and add rest of ingredients except cheese. Mix Well.
  2. Pour into large casserole dish and cover with foil or any other heat proof cover you might have that will fit. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake uncovered 15 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa or your favorite hot sauce and warm flour tortillas. I like to use both medium to hot salsa and habanero sauce.
