Ingredients

  • 2 pounds top loin steak
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, dried
  • - parsley for garnish
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make spicey wine pot roast

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Place in crockpot.
  • Step 3
    Combine the remaining ingredients, except parsley, and pour over meat.
  • Step 4
    Cover and cook on low 10 hours.
  • Step 5
    Remove the meat and slice.
  • Step 6
    Thicken sauce with flour mixed in a small amount of water.
