1-2 lbground beef
-
1green pepper
-
1onion
-
1 can(s)large can tomato sauce

1 can(s)small can tomato sauce

1 tsppepper
-
1 crice, uncooked
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Spanish Rice
- Brown beef and drain off fat.
- Chop pepper and onion in to small pieces.
- Mill all other ingredients with beef in large pot.
- Bring to a boil, cover then simmer 20-40 minutes until rice is tender. Add water if needed for rice to cook. Stir occasionally.
