Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2 medium
    onions, chopped
  • 2
    green peppers, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes, 28 ounces, with liquid, cut up
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce, 8 ounces
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2.5 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2.5 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    rice, converted

How to Make Spanish Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.
  2. Put all ingredients in crock pot.
  3. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 hours.
