Ingredients
- 1 pound very lean ground beef (90/10 works great)
- 1 each green, yellow, and red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 small potatoes, chopped into about 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 2/3 cup chopped spanish olives
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, i use old bay hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
How To Make spanish beef hash

Step 1In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, peppers, onion, and garlic until beef is cooked through. Stir occasionally to help break up the beef.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients, except rice, to pot. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir well occasionally.

Step 3Serve with rice.
