lean ground beef
1 c
sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 c
chopped onion
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 c
beef broth
2/3 c
1/3 c
tomato paste
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/8 tsp
3 oz
uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
2 tsp
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Spaghetti Skillet


  • 1In a large skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
  • 2Stir in the broth, water, tomato paste, seasonings and spaghetti. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
