Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 7 oz
    cooked spaghetti
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spaghetti Amore

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup and garlic to skillet mixture. Heat through. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and stir till melted and blended thoroughly.
  3. Combine skillet mixture with cooked spaghetti until blended thoroughly. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Should be bubbly when time is up.
