Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/14 cups chopped onion
- 1 (16) ounce jar old el paso thickn'chunky salsa
- 1(16) ounce can bush chili beans(mild sauce)
- 1(16) ounce birds eye frozen sweet corn,thawed
- !/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 packages instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
How To Make southwestern shepherd's pie

Step 1In a skillet with 1 table spoon of butter brown ground beef and onion.In a large bowl mix the salsa chili beans,corn,ketchup, granulated garlic and salt.Add ground beef and onion.

Step 2Mix well.Grease a 9 by13 inch casserole dish and spead the mixture evenly in pan.

Step 3Mix the packs of potatoes according to the package.Spread the potatoes over the top of the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
