1Cut 4 peppers lenth wise and clean out the seeds. Blanch the peppers in boiling water for 4 minutes. Pull them out and let them cool.
Mix all the ingredients except the tomato sauce. Fill each half of the peppers in a high hill of the pepper place a couple of table spoons of tomato sauce over the top of the beef mix and bake at 350 degrease adding a little sauce over the top as it cooks, until the Filling is cooked. Enjoy.
