Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
How To Make southwest pot roast

Step 1Rinse roast and place in slow cooker.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over roast.

Step 3Cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 4Remove roast to a platter and shred with a fork.

Step 5Return meat to slow cooker and mix with sauce.

Step 6Serve with sour cream and cheese over tortillas, taco shells, rice, or tortilla chips.
