This meatloaf recipe is "souper" easy to make I make this quite often for my family I usually serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole and make sandwiches with leftovers that is if there are any

Ingredients
- about 3 pounds lean ground chuck
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 can tomato soup divided
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups oats or herbed stuffing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make souper meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In large mixing bowl mix ground chuck, onion, bell pepper, tomato soup (reserving about 1/3 of can for top of meatloaf), eggs, oats (or herbed stuffing), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes using hands or large spoon mix all ingredients together until incorporated

Step 3pour into 9x13 inch baking pan and shape into loaf pour and spread remaining tomato soup over top of meatloaf

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink in the middle when tested let rest about 5 to 10 minutes before serving
