Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make souper meat loaf

Step 1Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef, crumbs and egg.

Step 2In 2 quart oblong baking dish, firmly shape into 8x4" loaf.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.

Step 4Spoon off fat; reserve 1-2 tablespoon drippings.

Step 5In 1 quart saucepan, combine remaining mushroom soup, water and reserved drippings.

Step 6Over low heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
