Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 4 cups herb stuffing cubes
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 - eggs
- 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make souper baked sandwich

Step 1Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cook and stir the meat, onion and celery in a large skillet until the meat is brown.

Step 3Drain off the excess fat.

Step 4Stir in the salt.

Step 5Arrange the stuffing cubes in a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan and top with the meat mixture.

Step 6Beat the milk, eggs, soup and mustard together and pour over the meat.

Step 7Then sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 8Cool for 5 minutes and then cut into squares and serve.
