  • 1/4 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/4 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/4 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    whole milk
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp
    hot mustard
  • 1 tsp
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    apricot jam

How to Make Something Different On a Budget Meatloaf


  1. Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into a loaf and put in pan.
  3. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf.
  4. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake in 325 oven for 1-1/2 hours.
