Ingredients
- 1/4 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 pound ground pork
- 1/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup honey
- - salt and pepper to taste
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
How To Make something different on a budget meatloaf

Step 1Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper.

Step 2Shape into a loaf and put in pan.

Step 3Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf.

Step 4Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs.

Step 5Bake in 325 oven for 1-1/2 hours.
