1In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt & pepper.
Dredge steak a few pieces at a time.
Pound with a mallet(or edge of plate).
In a Dutch oven,brown steak in oil on all sides.
Arrange onion slices between layers of meat.
Add water & worcestershire sauce.
Cover and bake 325 for 2-21/2 hours or until meat is very tender.
Remove to a serving platter & keep warm.
2In a small bowl,combine gravy ingredients until smooth;stir into pan juices.
Bring to a boil over medium heat-cook & stir 2 minutes.
Serve steak& gravy over noodles or mashed potatoes if desired.
