  • 1.5 lb
    beef top round steak, boneless
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Snappy Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place the steak on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.
  4. Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.
