Ingredients

1.5 pounds beef top round steak, boneless
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make snappy steak

Step 1

Preheat the broiler.

Step 2

Place the steak on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.
Step 4

Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.
