one of my favorite dish,i came up with it on my own,they are great for any meal,the whole family loves them.

Ingredients

  • 1-lb lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    parboil rice
  • 1 medium
    bell pepper
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 2 pinch
    self rising flour
  • 2 pinch
    salt and pepper

How to Make smothered porkipines

Step-by-Step

  1. in a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients together,take icecream scoop and make balls,a #16 scoopis recomended,use a non stick cookie sheet,place meatballs about an inch apart,bake on 350 for 45mins.
