How to Make Smothered Ground Steak
- Mix beef with the onion; form into patties. Fry patties in skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix soup, water and gravy mix; stir well.
- When patties are cooked, remove from skillet. Add soup mixture to skillet, stir well. Return patties to skillet; turn to cover with soup mixture. Stir occasionally. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- COOKS NOTE: I also substitute pork chops for the ground meat patties.
