smothered chili cheese burrito aka "wet burrito"
We used to have a Mexican restaurant called el sombrerito that served these burritos. Unfortunately they closed down and my husband loved their burritos. So I tweaked this recipe several times before coming out with final product that both my kids and husband love. It's not very often that everyone is happy when dinner is served! I love them wholeheartedly anyways! Hope you like as much as my family does!
