I discovered smoked gouda a while back, and thought it would team well with burgers.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup shredded smoked gouda
  • 1 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon wright's liquid smoke seasoning

How To Make smoky burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients and shape into 3 patties.
  • Step 2
    Grill or fry in skillet.
  • Step 3
    Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
