I discovered smoked gouda a while back, and thought it would team well with burgers.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2/3 c
    shredded smoked gouda
  • 1 tsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    wright's liquid smoke seasoning

How to Make Smoky Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into 3 patties.
  2. Grill or fry in skillet.
  3. Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
