Smokin Delicious Salisbury Steak

This recipe is the traditional Salisbury Steak, with a few of my own additions & secret ingredients! Minus the mushrooms. My family doesn't care for them, but feel free to add them if you are a fan! :)
This dish goes well with any type of potato, rice, or noodles. A nice fresh crisp salad w/Italian dressing is a compliment.
Ingredients

2 lblean ground beef

2eggs, beat

4 Tbspbread crumbs, dry

1/2 tspfresh cracked pepper

6 Tbspall purpose flour, divided

4 tspolive oil, extra virgin

4beef bouillon, cubes
-
3 Tbspketchup
-
2 Tbspa1 steak sauce
-
1/2 tspliquid smoke flavoring

1 mediumonion, diced
-
1 mediumonion, quartered & sliced

2 mediumstalks celery, diced
How to Make Smokin Delicious Salisbury Steak
- Dissolve beef boullions in hot water.
Whisk remaining 3 tablespoons flour into drippings in skillet, heat on low-medium whisk until no lumps remain, mixture will be smooth. Gradually add in boullion & water mixture, whisking constantly until smooth & slightly thickened. Stir in ketchup, A1 steak sauce, & liquid smoke. Bring mixture to a boil.
Gravy will thicken as it cooks.
