Ingredients For smoked beef brisket

4 lbbeef brisket
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS

1 cred wine vinegar

1 cwater

1onion, sliced

2garlic cloves, chopped

2celery stalks with leaves, chopped

1 dashthyme, dried

1 dashrosemary, dried

How To Make smoked beef brisket

1Prepare marinade and place in a covered dish large enough to hold the brisket laying flat.

2Place the brisket in the refrigerator and marinate with turning every 6 hours for 48 hours.

3Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before smoking and allow to warm to room temperature.

4Smoke in smoker set at 190-225 for 6 to 7 hours.

5Place marinade in water pan in smoker.
