First time I seen these they were featured on triple D, since then found them right here in buffalo. So easy and very good!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- - kosher salt
- - pepper
- 36 - slider buns
- TOPPINGS
- - sliced dill pickles
- - ketchup
- - mustard
How To Make smash sliders

Step 1Form sirloin into 36 meatballs. Pulse onions in processor.

Step 2In hot skillet, cook burgers in batches. Flatten balls with spatula, salt & pepper and sprinkle with onion mix. Mash. Cook for min. Flip mash, cook for another min.

Step 3Top each slider with ketchup mustard and pickles.
