  • 2 1/4 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 1 large
    onion finely chopped
  • ·
    kosher salt
  • ·
  • 36
    slider buns

  • ·
    sliced dill pickles
  • ·

How to Make Smash Sliders


  1. Form sirloin into 36 meatballs.
    Pulse onions in processor.
  2. In hot skillet, cook burgers in batches.
    Flatten balls with spatula, salt & pepper and sprinkle with onion mix. Mash.
    Cook for min. Flip mash, cook for another min.
  3. Top each slider with ketchup mustard and pickles.
