Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 30 ounces stewed tomatoes (2 cans) not drained
  • 1 white onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2.50 ounces chili seasoning packets (2 packets)
  • 30 ounces kidney beans, canned (2 cans) - drained and rinsed
  • 64 ounces v8 juice original
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make slow cooker v8 chili

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet on the stove top, add the ground beef. Brown and drain.
  • Step 2
    Add the stewed tomatoes to the slow cooker.
  • Step 3
    Add the ground beef to the slow cooker along with the onion, garlic powder, pepper, chili seasoning packets, drained kidney beans, and V8 juice.
  • Step 4
    Stir and cover. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
