Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 small
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    each fine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 4 slice
    deli swiss chees

How to Make Slow Cooker Swiss Cheese Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a slow cooker with foil letting it over hang the outside of cooker.
  2. Mix the ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt. Place in slow cooker and top with ketchup. Cook on low for 7 hours. Top with the cheese and cook 30 more minutes.
  3. Lift meatloaf out with the foil.
