Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup each fine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 slices deli swiss chees
How To Make slow cooker swiss cheese meatloaf

Step 1Line a slow cooker with foil letting it over hang the outside of cooker.

Step 2Mix the ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt. Place in slow cooker and top with ketchup. Cook on low for 7 hours. Top with the cheese and cook 30 more minutes.

Step 3Lift meatloaf out with the foil.
