Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 au jus mix
- 3/4 cup water
- parsley for garnish
How To Make slow cooker salisbury steak

Step 1In a large bowl add the ground beef, garlic, dry onion soup mix, bread crumbs and milk. Shape into 6 patties. Add oil to large skillet. Brown the patties on both sides then add to slow cooker.

Step 2Mix the soup, Au Jus packet and water together and pour it over the patties in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours.

Step 3Serve garnished with parsley
