Ingredients
- FOR THE PATTIES
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup saltine crackers crushed
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 cloves garlic
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- FOR THE GRAVY
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 packages gravy mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and rosemary
- VEGGIES
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
How To Make slow cooker salisbury steak

Step 1Place the onions and mushrooms in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Step 2Mix all the ingredients for patties except the oil. Shape into four patties. Add the oil to a large skillet and brown the patties on each side.

Step 3Place the patties on top of onions and mushrooms. Mix the ingredients for the gravy together and pour over the patties.

Step 4Cook on low for 5 hours.
