slow cooker roast beef stew
One of my husbands favorite meals in roast beef slow cooked in the crock pot. As I was preparing I accidently opened up a can of cheddar cheese condensed soup. I said what the heck, I will go for it. Glad I did, the gravy was amazing.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds chuck roast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 - packet of onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cans milk
- 1 large onion
- 2 - celery stalks
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can lima beans, drained
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- MASHED POTATOES
- - make your favorite homemade or in a hurry instant works just fine
How To Make slow cooker roast beef stew

Step 1Place your roast in a 5qt crockpot. In a bowl combine soups, onion mix & milk; set aside. Place chunks of onions, carrots, celery & garlic on top of the roast. Pour soup mixture on top of roast. Place crockpot on for 6 hrs-10hrs according to your days plans. About a 1/2hr before serving add in the canned veggies.

Step 2In a bowl, place mashed potatoes on the bottom and pour the stew on top of them. Serve with biscuits or fresh bread.
