- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - pouch onion soup mix or onion gravy mix
- 6 small red potatoes, halved
- 6 - carrots, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
How To Make slow cooker pot roast

Step 1Stir soup, onion mix, potatoes, carrots and onions in the slow cooker. Add beef and turn to coat.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until beef is fork-tender. (can cook on high for 4-5 hours)
