Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - pouch onion soup mix or onion gravy mix
  • 6 small red potatoes, halved
  • 6 - carrots, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped

How To Make slow cooker pot roast

  • Step 1
    Stir soup, onion mix, potatoes, carrots and onions in the slow cooker. Add beef and turn to coat.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until beef is fork-tender. (can cook on high for 4-5 hours)
