Succulent strips of sirloin are seasoned with garlic powder, then slow cooked with onion, green pepper, and stewed tomatoes. Great for anytime. This is another of my favorite comfort foods.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Forget take out this week. This slow cooker pepper steak is better than anything you can order. The strips of sirloin steak are quickly seared to seal in their juices. Then it continues to cook in a savory sauce that has a slight Asian flair. Peppers and onions also cook in the sauce and add more flavor to the dish. Try serving this pepper steak recipe over steamed rice for a simple dinner idea.
