- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup grated carrots
- - chopped green onions for garnish
How To Make slow cooker mongolian beef

Step 1Cut steak across the grain into thin strips. Place cornstarch in plastic bag. Add steak and shake to combine. Add olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and carrots to slow cooker.

Step 2Stir to combine. Add the steak and stir well. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours or low 4-5 hours. Until meat is tender. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions
