Ingredients
- 1 pound flank or skirt steak cut into slices
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup each soy sauce, water and brown sugar
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 green onions chopped
- cooked rice for serving
How To Make slow cooker mongolian beef

Step 1Put the steak and cornstarch together in a ziplock bag and shake to coat.

Step 2place the remaining ingredients except the rice and green onions in a slow cooker. Mix well. Add the coated steak and stir.

Step 3cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice and garnish with the green onions
