1 tspgarlic salt
1 tsporegano, dried
2 tspseasoned pepper
1 tsponion salt
1 tspbasil, dried
2 tspseasoned salt (like accent)
2beef bouillon cubes
16 ozitalian giardiniera, mild
How to Make Slow Cooker Italian Beef
- Place roast and other ingredients in slow cooker.
- Add water to cover meat. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove meat and shred, returning meat to slow cooker for one more on hour on low heat.
- Serve on GOOD Italian bread with mozzarella cheese and mild banana peppers, if desired.
