How To Make slow cooker italian beef

1Place roast and other ingredients in slow cooker.

2Add water to cover meat. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

3Remove meat and shred, returning meat to slow cooker for one more on hour on low heat.

4Serve on GOOD Italian bread with mozzarella cheese and mild banana peppers, if desired.
