Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 dash all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces cooked noodles or pasta of choice
How To Make slow cooker hungarian goulash

Step 1Cube the roast and add it to a slow cooker. Top with the onion and garlic. Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire, paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Pour over the meat and cook for 8 hours

Step 2Dissolve the flour in the water and pour into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the cooked noodles or pasta.
