- 4 pounds beef chuck roast
- - salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups white mushrooms sliced
- 6 ounces cream horseradish divided
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make slow cooker horseradish pot roast

Step 1Place the roast in a slow cooker. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Spread the cream horseradish over the roast reserving a couple tablespoons for serving.

Step 2Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce around the roast.

Step 3cook on low for 10 hours. Serve the roast topped with onions, and mushrooms on a little swipe of horseradish.
