slow cooker homemade meatballs
I'm not a fan of store bought meatballs, so I created this sweet & tangy slow cooker version using homemade meatballs. Preparing them in the slow cooker couldn't be easier!

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fine black pepper
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce (sweet baby ray's)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make slow cooker homemade meatballs

Step 1Combine the first 5 ingredients. Crumble Beef over mixture & mix well. Roll into 1-2 inch balls & place in slow cooker.

Step 2In separate bowl, combine Ketchup, Water, BBQ Sauce, and Brown Sugar. Pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is no longer pink.
