Ingredients

boneless chuck roast
1/2 c
soy sauce

little cartons of knorr beef stock
2
bay leaves
3 to 4
peppercorns crushed
1 tsp
dried rosemary crushed
1 tsp
dried thyme crushed
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
12
french sandwich rolls

How to Make slow cooker french dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place roast in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  • 2Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients together and pour over roast. Add water to slowcooker until roast is almost covered.
  • 3Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until very tender.
  • 4Remove roast, reserving broth. Shred with 2 forks. Place meat on rolls evenly.
  • 5Serve with dipping juice.
