Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 - little cartons of knorr beef stock
- 2 - bay leaves
- 3 to 4 - peppercorns crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 12 - french sandwich rolls
How To Make slow cooker french dip

Step 1Place roast in a 5 quart slow cooker.

Step 2Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients together and pour over roast. Add water to slowcooker until roast is almost covered.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until very tender.

Step 4Remove roast, reserving broth. Shred with 2 forks. Place meat on rolls evenly.

Step 5Serve with dipping juice.
