  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 4 pounds beef brisket trimmed and sliced into 2 inch wide strips
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

How To Make slow cooker dry rubbed brisket

  • Step 1
    Mix the dry rub spices. Rub all over the brisket and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Cut the brisket into strips and add to a slow cooker.
