  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 4 lb
    beef brisket trimmed and sliced into 2 inch wide strips
  • 1 1/2 c
    beef broth

How To Make slow cooker dry rubbed brisket

    Mix the dry rub spices. Rub all over the brisket and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
