I love good dishes that can be made in a slow cooker. They keep my kitchen cool at home and are great to cook in the motor home, going down the road.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef, browned
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
  • 3 medium
    onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1
    12 ounce package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • ·
    chopped parsley for garnish

How to Make Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until done. Stir in the sour cream. Spoon beef mixture onto the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
