Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
- 3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - 12 ounce package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - chopped parsley for garnish
How To Make slow cooker creamy beef stroganoff

Step 1Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat.

Step 2Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until done. Stir in the sour cream. Spoon beef mixture onto the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
