I love good dishes that can be made in a slow cooker. They keep my kitchen cool at home and are great to cook in the motor home, going down the road.

Ingredients

ground beef, browned
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
water
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
3 medium
onions, coarsely chopped
3 clove
garlic, minced
1 c
sour cream
1
12 ounce package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped parsley for garnish

How to Make Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  • 1Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat.
  • 2Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until done. Stir in the sour cream. Spoon beef mixture onto the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
