I love good dishes that can be made in a slow cooker. They keep my kitchen cool at home and are great to cook in the motor home, going down the road.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 8 ounce package sliced mushrooms
  • 3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 - 12 ounce package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • - chopped parsley for garnish

How To Make slow cooker creamy beef stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until done. Stir in the sour cream. Spoon beef mixture onto the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
