Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff

I love good dishes that can be made in a slow cooker. They keep my kitchen cool at home and are great to cook in the motor home, going down the road.
Ingredients

2 lbground beef, browned
-
2 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1/4 cwater
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
18 ounce package sliced mushrooms
-
3 mediumonions, coarsely chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 csour cream
-
112 ounce package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

·salt and pepper, to taste
-
·chopped parsley for garnish
How to Make Slow Cooker Creamy Beef Stroganoff
- Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the beef and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until done. Stir in the sour cream. Spoon beef mixture onto the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
