Ingredients
- 4 medium (or 3 large) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 2 large onions, cut into chunks
- 2-3 pounds rump roast, trimmed of fat
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sliced pimento-stuffed olives
- 1 can 8-oz can sliced mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 cups catalina salad dressing

Step 1Using a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet, brown roast on both sides.

Step 2Layer ingredients into slow cooker in order as directed.

Step 3Cook on high for 6 1/2 - 8 hours depending upon your slow cooker (must be cooked on high vs. low)
