- 4 beef shank bones
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary
- salt and pepper
- green onions for serving
How To Make slow cooker bone marrow soup

Step 1Place the bones closed side down in a large slow cooker. Add 2 liters water, garlic, rosemary, onion and salt and pepper

Step 2Cook on low for 12 hours. Taste and season to taste.

Step 3Place each bone into a bowl. Strain the broth and ladle in the bowl with the bone. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
