mushrooms, sliced, (4 ounces), drained
10.5 oz
condensed beef broth
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
tomato paste
dry red wine
3 Tbsp

How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Tips


  • 1Combine 1/2 cup flour with the salt and pepper and toss with beef cubes to coat throughly.
  • 2Place in crockpot.
  • 3Add shallots and mushrooms.
  • 4Combine beef broth, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
  • 5Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well.
  • 6Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
  • 7One hour before serving, turn to high setting.
  • 8Make a smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crockpot, mixing well.
  • 9Cover and cook until thickened.
  • 10Serve over hot buttered noodles.
