2 lbbeef stew meat, cut in 1 in. cubes

10fresh mushrooms, halved

1onion, chopped

·minced garlic to taste

1 cbeef broth

2 tsppaprika

1 tspsalt

1 csour cream

2 tspflour

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 pkg16 oz egg noodles
How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
- Place meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in crockpot. Add broth, paprika and salt. Cover with lid. Cook on low 7-8 hrs. or on high for 5 hrs. Mix sour cream, flour, mustard and stir into crockpot and cook on low for 15mins. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on pkg. Drain noodles and place in large bowl and add soup and meat mixture.
