Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut in 1 in. cubes
- 10 - fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 - onion, chopped
- - minced garlic to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 package 16 oz egg noodles

Step 1Place meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in crockpot. Add broth, paprika and salt. Cover with lid. Cook on low 7-8 hrs. or on high for 5 hrs. Mix sour cream, flour, mustard and stir into crockpot and cook on low for 15mins. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on pkg. Drain noodles and place in large bowl and add soup and meat mixture.
