8 oz. sour cream
1 lb of pasta, cooked
Cook the ground chuck. Drain the excess oil from the ground chuck, then put the ground chuck into your slow cooker. Add the onion, garlic, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, water, and mushrooms. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Add in the cour cream and stir.
About 30 minutes or so before the 8 hours is completed, cook the pasta and drain.
