I have made this recipe a number of times for both my husband and son. They both love it. I have made this for company as well and they liked it to. This recipe comes from the best cookbook ever "Mabel Hoffman's Crockery Cooking". The author says " you can leave it cooking while you are at work, and it just takes minutes to complete once you get home" Trust me it's true. Give this recipe a try I guarantee you will not be sorry, it is so delicious. Enjoy! You could serve this dinner with a side salad to complete the meal.
