- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package lipton onion mix
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 1 small celery stalks
- 3 packages beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon black peppercorns, whole
- 4 cups water ( to cover meat)
How To Make slow cooker beef stew

Step 1Place Beef Chuck Roast in slow cooker, add onion, garlic,lipton onion mix, black pepper,diluted beef bouillon cubes and water.

Step 2After about 3 hours on high, place the carrots and celery in the slow cooker so they dont get to tender.Add salt if need
