Ingredients
- 5-10lbs packages beef roast
- 2 cans cambells french onion soup
- 20oz cans ice house beer
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make slow cooker beef roast

Step 1Pour soup, beer, and brown sugar into slow cooker.

Step 2Add beef roast to slow cooker, and sprinkle flour all over the roast.

Step 3Cook for 5 1/2 hours on high or 6 hours med. Turn after 3 hours if able(if your home)if not no biggy.

Step 4Roast will create it's own gravy mixture goes great over potatoes and add a veggie and dinner is ready.
