    beef roast
  • 2 can(s)
    cambells french onion soup
  • 20oz can(s)
    ice house beer
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Slow cooker beef roast


  1. Pour soup, beer, and brown sugar into slow cooker.
  2. Add beef roast to slow cooker, and sprinkle flour all over the roast.
  3. Cook for 5 1/2 hours on high or 6 hours med. Turn after 3 hours if able(if your home)if not no biggy.
  4. Roast will create it's own gravy mixture goes great over potatoes and add a veggie and dinner is ready.
